Some of String Fever Bluegrass Band's performance highlights include:

Performing "Bluegrass Concerto" with the Cannon Valley Regional Orchestra written by Phil Rhodes.  

Appearing at the local August Old Time and Related Music Festival - sharing the stage with James King Bluegrass Band, Seldom Scene, Lonesome River Band, Lynn Morris Band and Longview (not many bands can say they have shared a stage with Longview).

Holly being interviewed by George Goehl Film & Video Production crew for the documentary "The Life and Times of Jimmy Martin" at the local August Old Time and Related Music Festival - Holly, Mark and Doug sang Jimmy Martin tunes acapella in front of the crew (while the film was rolling) and in front of Jimmy Martin himself.

Performing on the stage with the James King Bluegrass Band in Northfield numerous times.

Performing with Valerie Smith and Liberty Pike in Northfield.

Performing on the riverboat "The Belle of Louisville" in Kentucky.

Walk by the River- Written by Holly Turnquist Fischer- and the title cut on SFBB's first CD - is being published in the McGraw Hill Music Series Grade 6 second edition.

String Fever Bluegrass Band is based out of Northfield, MN. The band has a rich traditional bluegrass sound with super tight harmonies ( the focal point of the band ) and hard driving instrumentals. They have been giving HIGH ENERGY and very entertaining performances in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Iowa and Missouri since 1991. They have been known to initiate numerous self promoted concerts in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa.
